Administration
Performs administrative duties for executive management. May assist sales staff based in remote locations (i.e., not in the central office). Additional responsibilities may include processing, coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress, consulting on minor client-corporation issues, maintaining department database records, and serving as a liaison between external representatives and staff based in the home office.
Maintains communications with shareholders of client-corporations and answers shareholder inquiries. Establishes relationships with shareholders that reflect positively on the company’s stock price. Will also administer reporting of market events and general shareholder sentiment directly to principals of client-corporations as well as Account Executives. 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a communications or finance related area. Executive
Providing collaboration with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organizations. Motivate and lead a high performance management team; Mentor direct reports to cultivate skills and to increase consciousness of the interrelationship between each department in the operations groups.
Will report to Beneficial Owners and Board of Directors. Plans and directs all aspects of subsidiary organization’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for the short- and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Require a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in management. Providing research, valuation, and coordination as the foundation for advising corporate clients in financial matters, including strategic maneuvers (Mergers & Acquisitions) and capital structure (Corporate Finance). A primary focus in researching and identifying new corporate clients. Encompassing aspects of financial accounting, corporate finance, analytics, technical analysis, cash flow modeling, risk and credit analysis, and capital markets.
Play a key role in Public Investment and Private Equity, providing research, valuation and modeling, and coordination as the foundation for advising Senior Analysts and Managing Members in financial matters, including strategic maneuvers in capital markets and investment sourcing. Project Management
